What do I need to complete the partner registration page?

Asked by the spacebly teamspacebly team· 4 Nov 2026

The registration link asks for a couple of things the application didn't. Here's what to have ready.

Your name, email and company come across from your application. You can't edit them on this page.

You'll need two things. The first is a profile picture in PNG, JPG or WEBP format. As of November 2026 it must be smaller than 5MB. The page won't let you finish without one.

The second is a password of at least 8 characters. You type it twice to confirm it.

Then select Create Partner Account. You'll be asked to confirm your email address before you reach the dashboard.

If anything on the page looks wrong, contact us through the Help Centre at https://spacebly.com/help-center before you finish.
