What can I do with a shortlist folder once it has offices in it?

A folder is more than a list. It's the starting point for viewings and shared reports.

   Open My Shortlist in your dashboard and press View on a folder. The main actions sit along the top.

   Create Viewing opens the viewing scheduler. You can plan viewings at the offices in that folder in one go.

   Create Report builds an Office Report by spacebly from the folder. You get a link to share with colleagues or decision makers.

   Inside the folder you can open any office for its full details. You can also remove offices you've ruled out.

   Office Reports read their offices from the folder. So removing an office from the folder also removes it from any report built on it. Keep that in mind before you tidy up a folder you've already shared.
