Operators weighing up spacebly usually want the costs clear before anything else. Here's how the two plans work.

   You choose how you pay. Businesses use spacebly free. Operators and landlords choose a flat subscription with 0% commission, or pay a success fee only when a deal completes.

   On the success fee plan you pay 10% of the first year's licence fee. You pay it only when a business signs.

   On the subscription plan you pay a flat monthly fee. You pay 0% commission on deals, so you keep 100% of every deal.
