Teams with people living all over a city often want an office area that's fair on everyone's commute. Here's how the tool works.
Team Location Finder by spacebly suggests office areas based on where your team lives. You don't need to sign in. Here's the flow as of November 2026.
1. Go to https://spacebly.com/team-location-finder and pick a city.
2. Add each person with a name and a postcode or area. Use Add another for more people.
3. Set how each person travels: public transport or car.
4. Once at least two people have locations, press Submit & see results.
5. The first time, you'll be asked for your name, email, company and position so we can send your recommendations.
You'll then see three suggested areas on the map and as cards underneath. Each card shows the average commute plus every person's own journey time in minutes. The areas are suggested by AI using where everyone lives and how they travel.
We'll email you a 6 digit code. Your email is never shown. This browser then stays confirmed for 90 days.
