   Live chat is our AI assistant. Look for the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

   Ask it your question in plain words. It can also open a support ticket for you. Give it a ticket number and it can tell you that ticket's status.

   As of Nov 2026 our team watches live chat Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time.
