For operators

If my buildings are Managed by spacebly, where should I change prices?

Asked by the spacebly teamspacebly team· 4 Nov 2026

Operators on the weekly refresh ask whether dashboard edits still count. Here's the simple rule.

Change them in your availability sheet. That sheet sets your suite prices each week.

Every Sunday evening the refresh reads your sheet. It overwrites suite prices on spacebly with the prices in the sheet. Your sheet always wins.

You can still edit in the dashboard. Just know that edits to suites, prices or photos may be replaced at the next refresh.

The desk price we show comes from the sheet too. It's the monthly price divided by the maximum number of desks.

Floor plans are different. Your own team manages those, so the refresh leaves them alone. These rules were agreed on 4 Nov 2026.
