It's fair to ask who pays when a service is free for businesses. Here's how the model works.

Operators pay us. As of Nov 2026 they choose one of two plans.
The success fee plan is 10% of the first year's licence fee. The operator pays it only when a tenant signs. There's nothing to pay before a deal completes.
The subscription plan is a flat monthly fee with 0% commission. The operator keeps 100% of every deal and can cancel any time. We don't publish the subscription price. Operators can ask us for it.
Neither plan asks operators for exclusivity. Businesses don't pay us on either plan. Cashback by spacebly applies on completed deals whichever plan the operator is on.
