How will my price appear on a listing?

Operators price suites in different ways. Here's how that turns into the price a business sees.

   Listings show a monthly price for the office. They never show a price per desk or per square foot.

   If you've set a monthly price for the whole building, that's what shows. If not, we show the lowest monthly total of your available suites with the word from in front of it. Where a suite has a desk rate but no total, we multiply the desk rate by its minimum desks.

   If there's no price at all, the listing shows Price on Request. It also shows that if you've chosen Price on Request yourself.

   Market figures like the spacebly Price Index still work per desk. That's for statistics only, not your listing. These display rules are as they stood in November 2026.
