As of November 2026 a new spacebly Price Index snapshot is captured on the 1st of each month. Once it's published, it's frozen. Past months don't change.

The first edition was captured on 18 August 2026. Each release since then is a point in time view of live, approved listings on spacebly.

The main page at https://spacebly.com/price-index always shows the latest month. It also shows how the UK national median compares with the previous month.

When you compare months, remember that each snapshot reflects the listings and prices live at the time. Month on month movement compares one snapshot with the one before. The method is set out at https://spacebly.com/price-index/methodology.
