   It depends on the type of space. The London office cost guide on spacebly (May 2026) says most operators can hand over keys for a serviced office within 5 to 10 working days. Larger managed and bespoke fit outs run 8 to 16 weeks.

   So a small team taking a furnished private office can move quickly. A team taking a managed floor with its own fit out needs to plan months ahead.

   The real timeline is often set by two other things. One is the notice period on your current office. The other is the time it takes to agree terms and sign.
