The success fee is 10% of the first year's licence fee. That's how our pricing page set it out in November 2026.
You pay it only when a business signs. It's worked out on the first year's licence fee rather than the whole agreement. So the fee looks at year one even when a business signs for longer.
Part of that fee goes back to the business as Cashback by spacebly. It comes out of our fee, not your rate card.
If you'd rather pay no commission on deals, the flat monthly subscription has 0% commission. You can compare both plans at https://spacebly.com/pricing before you decide.
