Let Offices Find Me lets businesses post one brief instead of searching building by building. Operators ask how those briefs reach them.
A business shares one brief. It says where it wants to be, when it wants to move and how much space it needs. It also chooses a radius around that location.
Operators and landlords with buildings inside that radius are notified. You'll see the brief under Nearby Clients in your dashboard.
You reply by sending an offer from your dashboard. The business reviews the offers it gets in its own dashboard and compares them there.
The business was promised no cold calls. So reply through spacebly rather than picking up the phone. It keeps the conversation on the business's terms.
