How do we compare quotes from different operators like for like?

Quotes can look similar but cover different things. A few checks make them easier to compare.

   Ask each operator for the same things. Get the total monthly cost and what's included. Ask about the minimum term and the notice period. Check the deposit too.

   Inclusions can differ. Our Price Index method notes that meeting room credits, parking and service charge vary between operators (as of Nov 2026). Business rates, utilities and internet are worth checking too.

   Work out a rough desk rate for each office. Divide the monthly price by the number of desks. Then set it against the Price Index asking rate for the area and your office size.
