How do operators add a colleague to their account?

Operators can share the work of handling enquiries and viewings with colleagues.

   Team members are added in operator accounts under Management, then My Team. As of November 2026 an account can have up to 5 team members, counting active members and pending invites.

   1. Press Add member.
   2. Enter their name and email and pick a colour tag.
   3. Choose Set password now to give them a temporary password of at least 8 characters. Or choose Send invite link.
   4. Tick the offices they'll look after. Use the search box if you have lots of buildings.
   5. Press Create member or Generate invite.

   With an invite link, copy it and send it to your colleague. If their email already belongs to a spacebly business account, they'll get an email asking them to accept or decline joining your team.
