Once operators respond, everything sits in your dashboard. On spacebly a Proposal is a package an operator sends you. An Offer is a specific commercial proposition for a suite: price, term and incentives. A Deal is the agreement once an offer is accepted and moves towards signing.

Open My Offers to review each one. You'll see the building, the suite, the headline price and the operator's message. Click through for the full breakdown and any documents.

You can Accept, Negotiate or Decline. Negotiate opens a thread with the operator so you can agree terms directly before moving to a deal.

My Deals then tracks progress: accepted, in legals, signed or completed. You'll be notified at each step. You deal with the operator directly throughout.
