The cashback calculator looks like a pocket calculator. Here's what each key does.

   The calculator for Cashback by spacebly is at https://spacebly.com/cashback/calculator. It works like a pocket calculator. As of November 2026:

   1. Type your number of desks on the keypad. The maximum is 200.
   2. Use the AREA arrows to move between Anywhere in London, London areas and UK cities. You can also tap the area name on the screen to pick from a list.
   3. Press = to see your estimate.
   4. Press CASH to switch between the vouchers or experiences figure and the cash figure.

   AC clears your entry and the delete key removes the last digit. On a keyboard you can type numbers, press Enter for =, use the arrow keys to change area and press C for cash.

   UK businesses can get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback. The estimate uses that month's Price Index median for the area you pick. Terms apply.
