How do I turn my shortlist into a report I can share with colleagues?

Decision makers often want one tidy page of options rather than a list of links.

   Office Reports by spacebly turn a shortlist folder into a web page you can share. You'll need to be signed in with at least one shortlist folder that has offices in it.

   1. Open My Shortlist in your dashboard and press Office Reports. You can also open a folder and press Create Report.
   2. Press Create Office Report and choose the shortlist folder.
   3. As of November 2026 choose Digital as the report type.
   4. Add a report name, a description and an optional poster image link.
   5. Check the web address, which is filled in for you, then save.

   The report gets its own link plus a short link to send round. It shows the report name, the poster image, your description and every office in the folder. On a computer there's a map alongside. Colleagues can open any office to see its full details.
