How do I stop people opening an Office Report I've shared?

Plans change. A shared report might show offices you're no longer considering.

   Go to Office Reports in your dashboard. Each report in the list can be deactivated, edited or deleted.

   To pause it, deactivate the report. Anyone who opens the link sees a Report Unavailable message instead of your offices. Turn it back on any time and the same link works again.

   To remove it for good, delete the report. The link then shows a report not found page.

   To change what's in it, edit the report's name, poster image or description. The offices come straight from the shortlist folder. Adding or removing offices in that folder changes the report too.
