How do I open a support ticket?

Have a problem that needs the team's help and want it tracked.

   Go to the Help Centre at https://spacebly.com/help-center and press Create Support Ticket. Add your name, email and a description of the issue. If you're signed in, we use your account's name and email.

   Live chat can open a ticket for you too.

   Each ticket gets its own number. Keep the email that has it, because you'll need the number to check on your ticket later.

   The ticket is how our team tracks your issue from start to finish. You can see where it's up to at any time with View a ticket.
