How do I leave feedback after viewing an office?

After a viewing, we ask how it went. It only takes a few minutes.

   Use the viewing feedback link we send you after your viewing. The form only opens from that link because it knows which building you saw. As of November 2026 it takes about 3 minutes.

   1. Check the property shown on the welcome screen and press Get Started.
   2. Confirm your name, email, optional company and the date of your viewing. Some details may already be filled in.
   3. Rate the space overall from 1 (Poor) to 5 (Excellent) and say what stood out.
   4. Say whether the building met your expectations.
   5. Rate your experience with the operator.
   6. Tell us if you'd like to move forward and whether you'd recommend spacebly.

   Press Submit Feedback at the end. If you open the link again later, you'll see that feedback has already been submitted.
