Accurate prices and live availability are what businesses come to spacebly for. Here's how operators keep them current.
Open My Offices and edit the building. Each suite has its own price and status. Change them there whenever something moves.
As of November 2026 a suite has one of two statuses: Available or Occupied. A suite that's under offer still counts as Available. So leave it as Available until the deal is done.
For lots of changes at once, use the spacebly Sheet. It lets you edit your spaces in a spreadsheet view.
Every change to a suite updates the building's Last updated date. Businesses see that date on the building page.
If your buildings show Managed by spacebly, your own availability sheet sets suites and prices each Sunday. Changes you make in the dashboard may be replaced.
