How do I check the status of a ticket I already have?

Opened a ticket a while ago and want to see if there's a reply.

   Go to View a ticket in the Help Centre, or straight to https://spacebly.com/help-center/ticket. Enter your ticket number and you'll see its status.

   To read the full conversation and reply, press View detail. The ticket opens in a new tab.

   The number alone shows the status and nothing else. The subject and messages stay private until you confirm with a code we email to the address on the ticket. If a number doesn't match a ticket, you'll see Ticket not found.

   You can also ask live chat for the status. Have the number ready.
