How do enquiries and viewing requests reach me?

Operators want to be sure they won't miss a business that's interested. Here's where everything lands.

   Everything lands in your dashboard first. Viewing requests appear under Viewings. Businesses waiting for space appear under Waiting List. Briefs from businesses searching near your buildings appear under Nearby Clients.

   You're told when something new arrives. Notifications show in the dashboard. You can switch on browser push notifications in your account settings.

   We also send emails. In your Management settings you can set the email address that receives operator notifications.

   Your dashboard has its own mailbox too. It has an inbox, sent items and drafts.

   Every enquiry goes straight to you. You talk to the business directly.
