   Bring them in early and give them something concrete to react to.

   The HR director page on spacebly suggests bringing two or three colleagues on viewings. Their honest reactions before signing can stop you choosing a space that looks right on paper but doesn't suit the team.

   Ask everyone the same few questions after each viewing. How was the journey? Would you choose to work here? What's missing? Then use the feedback form that arrives after each viewing to keep notes in one place.
