Seeing offices back to back makes them easier to compare. Here's how to set it up.

   Group them by area and book them together. On spacebly you can request viewings straight from your Shortlist. The bulk viewing scheduler lets you queue up to 20 buildings in one go (November 2026). You suggest your preferred time windows. The confirmed schedule then appears in My Calendar.

   A few tips for a tour day. Keep buildings close together so you don't lose time between them. Take the same checklist to every viewing so you can compare fairly. Bring a couple of colleagues so you get more than one view.

   If you need to move a viewing, use the reschedule option in My Viewings. It opens once the operator has confirmed or declined the original request.

   After each viewing you'll get a feedback link. It's a good moment to note what you liked while it's fresh.
