After the viewings and proposals, operators want a clear record of where each deal stands.

   Deals appear under Deals in your dashboard. The business sees the same deal in its own dashboard.

   Each deal tracks its milestones. It holds the key details such as the building, the number of people and the start date. You can attach the contract and the signed contract to it.

   Both sides mark their part complete. That gives you and the business one shared record of the deal.

   If you have a team, you can assign the deal to a colleague. Our team is told when a new deal is created and when one completes.
