There are other limits to keep in mind. The Index is weighted by suite rather than by desk count or floor area. So a building with many small suites adds more rates than one with a single large suite.
Inclusions vary too. Meeting room credits, parking and service charge can be bundled into a quoted rate. They differ between operators and aren't normalised.
Coverage varies by city. Smaller markets have thinner samples and noisier medians.
