Does sending a Help Centre message open a support ticket?

Not sure whether to use the contact form or the ticket button.

   No. The Help Centre form sends a message to our team but doesn't open a support ticket. If you choose Technical support as the reason, the form reminds you of this.

   Use the form for general questions or partnership enquiries. Once it's sent, you'll see a note that we've got your message and will get back to you soon.

   Use Create Support Ticket when you know what the problem is and want it tracked. You get a ticket number you can check later with View a ticket.

   The form needs your name, email, a reason and a message. It also has a quick security check. Send stays grey until everything is filled in and the check has passed.
