   Operators and landlords pay instead. They choose a flat subscription with 0% commission, or pay a success fee only when a deal completes (November 2026).

   You deal with the operator directly. You search, book viewings and agree terms with them yourself. You sign directly with the operator too.

   There's one more thing. Businesses that sign through spacebly can get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback (November 2026). Terms apply.
