On spacebly you can see every building listed with us that matches your search. You can shortlist offices and share the list with your team. Operators can send you an offer with a price and a term. You can accept it, negotiate or decline it from your dashboard.
We're free for businesses. Operators pay us through a success fee on signed deals or a flat monthly subscription with 0% commission (as of Nov 2026).
