Operators pay us instead. You choose a 10% success fee on signed deals or a flat monthly subscription with 0% commission.
Businesses that register for Cashback by spacebly can also get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback when they sign. UK businesses, terms apply. That comes out of our fee, not your rate card.
So a business looking at your building sees your own prices. It talks to you directly about the space.
