Can I reply to a ticket by email or reopen a closed one?

Got an email about a ticket and want to know the right way to respond.

   Please reply on the ticket page rather than by email. Open it from the link in our email, or enter the number at https://spacebly.com/help-center/ticket and press View detail.

   Replies sent by email reach our support inbox but may not land on the same ticket. They can even open a new one. Replying on the page keeps everything in one thread.

   A closed ticket can be picked up again. Reply on the page and the ticket goes back to open for our team.
