The time a business picks won't always suit your centre team. Here's what you can do.

   Yes. You can confirm the time the business asked for or suggest other times instead.

   When you reschedule, you can offer your own preferred dates and times. You can add a note to explain. The business then sees the times you've suggested.

   You can also add the host's name and contact details. That way the business knows who'll meet them on the day.

   If you have a team, you can assign the viewing to a colleague. Reply quickly where you can. It keeps the conversation moving while the business is still choosing.
