Can I give colleagues their own login and assign them buildings?

Most operators have more than one person handling enquiries. Here's how team access works.

   Yes. The account owner can invite colleagues from My Team under Management. Each invite goes by email. Your colleague accepts it to join your team.

   When you invite someone, you choose which buildings they look after. Team members then work on enquiries for those buildings. That includes Nearby Clients for the offices they're assigned to.

   You can assign a viewing or a deal to a team member. The same goes for offers and proposals. That keeps it clear who's following up with each business.

   Management stays with the account owner. That's where your team list and operator settings live.
