Can an operator choose which buildings each team member looks after?

Operators with several centres may want each colleague to handle only their own buildings.

   Yes. When you add a team member under Management, then My Team, you tick the offices they're assigned to. You can change this later.

   On the My Team page each member has controls to:

   1. Edit assigned offices, using the same searchable list.
   2. Suspend or reactivate them with the active toggle.
   3. Remove them from the team.

   Pending invites appear on the same page with a pending invite or expired badge. You can copy an invite link again or cancel it.

   The badge at the top of the page shows how many of your team slots are in use. Suspending is useful when a colleague is away and you want to pause their access without removing them.
