Meeting room access varies between buildings. This covers what to ask before you sign.

It depends on the operator and the building. The London office cost guide on spacebly (May 2026) says most operators have pay as you go meeting rooms you can book in advance. Some use credits. Some have free rooms you can drop in and out of. It can be building specific.

So ask each operator three things. How are rooms booked? Is there an allowance or credits in your monthly fee? What do extra hours cost?

If you want a room of your own inside your suite, build it into your size. The office space calculator by spacebly (November 2026) adds about 100 sq ft for a small meeting room for 4 to 6 people. It adds about 250 sq ft for a large one for 8 to 12 people.

Note each answer next to its quote. Then you can compare offices like for like.
