An operator has sent me a proposal. How do I reply?

Proposals from operators arrive in your dashboard. Each one waits for your answer.

   Open Proposals in your dashboard sidebar. A badge shows when there's something new.

   A proposal that is waiting on you has four actions:

   Documents opens any files the operator attached.

   Accept lets you add an optional note with comments or questions.

   Reject lets you add an optional reason.

   Negotiate asks you to describe what you'd like to change, such as price or terms.

   After you respond, the status shows as accepted, rejected or negotiated. You can still open the documents. The Message button opens your conversation with the operator and there is an Email button too. Messaging closes once a proposal is accepted.

   You'll also get a notification whenever a proposal changes. It takes you straight back to this page.
